The Wimpole House
We are currently working on a house located on Wimpole Avenue, in East Knoxville, just down the street from the Knoxville Botanical Gardens. The story of this house has been a journey, both with Renaissance Creations and long before. It was built in 1940, so it’s been on the block for 81 years. We’ve taken more time with this one than we normally do and we are ready to see it with the lights on and full of love. Our crew is making great progress, and our goal is to have it finished by the end of 2021, so that it can be ready for a family in January. If these walls could talk, we know they’d tell the rich and complex tales of decades past, and the story continues! We want to see this house become a home, warm and welcoming, and we’d like to invite you to play a part.
While we are fundraising for the project in general, there is also an opportunity for you to purchase the specific, needed supplies to complete this house.
